"Hello Xavier. Not sure what office you walked in to but our office location is closed on Saturday and Sunday? State Farm is nationally recognized for its exceptional claims service. There are companies out there that will try to take advantage of you, but not here at State Farm. Any insurance company that says there’s a fee to file a claim is a scam. I’m not sure who you spoke to, or what phone number you dialed, but it was not anyone at State Farm or in my office. Definitely be sure that whatever office you’re walking into says Jason R. Reyes, State Farm Insurance. You can’t miss us. I highly recommend to call our correct number at 888-485-5070 today (Sunday) for our 24 hour after hours service, or call the same number on Monday morning at 8 AM and my team and I are always happy to assist.
